We try to be as size inclusive as possible,

sizes are obviously limited to the items we source for upcycling but we try to include options for everyone wherever possible.

PAYMENT

Payment is by Paypal, please ensure your Paypal shipping address is up to date and correct prior to making a purchase.

POSTAGE/SHIPPING

All UK packages are normally shipped within 1-2 working days..

We try to reuse packaging wherever possible, if you would prefer not to use this option, ie your purchase is a gift, please let us know.

UK Postage is a flat rate of £3.50

50% shipping discount on second or more items,

free postage on UK orders over £100

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

We sincerely hope you never have to read this section and are completely happy with your unique purchase, if you do need to return an item to us it must be returned within 14 days of delivery, the item must be returned in the condition it was recieved, all postage costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of recieving the item for the return address.

Please keep in mind that items are created using upcycled/vintage/thrifted fabrics and natural flaws should be embraced.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We advise to wash items inside out on a gentle cycle in cool water and hang to dry. Iron on the reverse side. Please don't tumble dry items with HTV logo's or iron the Thatledoo logo. 

If further specific instructions are required to care for your garment this will be added in the item description.
